In todays society the u.s. is a federal republic “a form of government made up of a federal state with a constitution and self-governing subunits” federal republic). But our economic system is based off of capitalism which means that people control job growth and companies and create jobs. the wealth is not spread out in capitalism because to obtain wealth you have to work for it and you get more by getting edge above others, for example having a college degree is better than a high school diploma that’s why those people make more. At its heart Capitalism is the best way because it allows people to grow and have better lives and make more money at there own will not because of the government.

With capitalism as the form of economics it is more efficient for a stable economy because it allows people to gain wealth and allow people to buy what they want not what is forced upon them. Let’s take Walmart for example, founded by Sam Walton in AR in a capitalist economy Mr. Walton was able to pursue the business that he wanted to have. “It is unquestionably true that without entrepreneurs and investors, you can’t have a dynamic and growing capitalist economy. Capitalism is regulated by the people that own companies and employ people to meet the needs, so it creates a diverse range of jobs and needs for those jobs. Like cyber security, it is a job that requires knowledge and skills that everyday people don’t have and need to go to school for. But on the opposite end a cashier at a fast food store is something that everyone could have and do. We need a people from all different walks of like to assist with making sure that everyday people have money and can grow the economy to keep the cycle

The United States, a place associated with hope, equal opportunity and freedom also faces many underlying issues. The idea of this “perfect” country has been corrupted with problems such as immigration, growing class division and most prominently the 2007 recession. These burdens have prevented people from living the “American Dream”, a concept that our country has over glorified. The root of these ongoing problems has not been properly addressed, preventing our nation from making any progress. Looking closely at the continuous problems that the Unites States has and still faces, it is viable to say that these issues revolve around capitalism.…

Economic systems meet the needs of their people by determining what to produce, how to produce it, and who will buy it. Capitalism gives the people the freedom to make their own choices in what to do produce and so forth. On the other hand, a communist economy guarantees certain necessities for the people, such as jobs, food, clothing, and shelter, but the people have little/no choice in what kind. Though these two economic systems are run differently, the government in each will step to fill in the missing pieces of the people’s needs if absolutely necessary.…

There are many types of capitalism but the main ones that mostly everyone knows are free-market capitalism, state capitalism, and social market economy. Free-market capitalism is a free-price system where demand and supply are allowed to reach equality without the government interfering. State capitalism consists of a state-ownership of profit-seekers that operate very capitalistic in a market economy. Social market economy acts as a free-market, normally, where the government intervention in price formation is kept to a minimum but the state provides for moderate to extensive provision of social security, unemployment benefits, and recognition of labor rights through collective bargaining schemes.…

Socialism vs. Capitalism Samantha Conti University of Phoenix Comm. /105 –January 12, 2008 The disadvantages of Communism are that people have to be willing to work for the greater good of society, not just themselves. They will not receive all the fruits of their labor, no matter hoe much you work you will always get the same salary. Why would you want to work so hard if you were going to make the same amount of money? Human rights abuses, lack of incentives for progress for individuals which results in a slow progressing society as a whole. Under Socialist theory the individual’s needs are determined and satisfied collectively. Dissent and venturing out on one’s own are not option. Everyone is an employee and tenant of the state. In Communism people have little rights, everything is run by the government resulting in enormous economic failures, including famine, militarism and propaganda to cover-up the systematic failures of the government. Capitalism was developed in Europe in the 19th and early 20th century. Capitalism is an economic arrangement in which people have the individual liberty and the right to own property and to do what they wish with their property as long as it does not harm anyone else. These freedoms set Capitalism apart from all other kinds of economic arrangements. The Capitalist system is based in giving each individual the freedom to better (or worse him or herself). Capitalism signifies means of production. The heart of Capitalism is the producer’s right to make what he wants and the consumer’s right to choose what to buy. A free market economy and free enterprise. The major benefit of Capitalism is private property, the concept that people have the right and privilege to control their possessions as they wish. In a Capitalism economy the role of the government reflect the desire and goals of its citizens. Capitalism societies suffer from poverty too, but in a different way as there is a vastly unequal distribution of wealth (a few…

America means diversity. The fact that there is not even an official language, reminds us that this country throughout history has been shaped by immigrants from all over the world. As consequence, diversity lead us to judge and have stereotypes. Like animals, we label consider fellow human beings as non-part of our group. When we think we do not belong to our group, we reject and trend to deny their conditions and human dignity. History is a cruel teacher that shows us how it has come to violent movements such as genocide, deaths, and the extermination of the ones considered different.…
