Do People Obey The Cause Of Civil Disobedience?

People think that if they truly trust someone they can obey them without any doubt. This is correct and wrong at the same time, but however; people need to know what the orders are or tasks that they are obeying because you never really know someone until they show their true colors. WWII all started because people trusted Hitler and believed what he said and wanted was always right. He made people believe that Jews were evil, Jews were the cause of every single bad thing, and by twisting peoples’ mind he murdered 6 million Jews. There will continue to be people who are gullible enough to follow anyone and believe what they are doing is right. Throughout history people have been blindly obeying orders that have caused millions of deaths: the Holocaust, Milligrams Experiment, and Jonestown massacre people were following orders, and this could have been prevented if people thought for themselves.
The Holocaust could have been less severe if people stopped what they were doing and rebelled. A person like Oskar knew what he was doing and could have stopped for the good of others. Imagine how many lives he would have saved if he got help for the people in the concentration camps. Milgram’s experiment proved that a person is so naive that they would do anything that they were told to. The Jonestown Massacre occurred because people actually believed Jim and that he was a messiah. Every single one of these could have been stopped by one simple action. Just refuse what you were doing. People did not stop because they were scared of might happen to them if they disobeyed, some people were even fooled that if they obeyed, they would be given marvelous
