What we need to distinguish is the difference between violent behaviour and aggressive behaviour.
What is violence? What is Aggression? One cannot categorize these two as the same thing, they are not; the scope of violence can come with varying degrees ranging from a simple common assault by pushing another person to viciously committing assault and battery to gruesome mass shootings and genocide are just some from the lightest to the extremist of the spectrum.
Aggression on the other hand can range between insulting and cursing to behaviours that are driven mostly by irrationality and anger but not necessarily committing a violent act. For example: people road raging in dense busy traffic honking their horns, yelling and pulling the fingers all of that without coming in contact with a video game.
