The private schools are more secure because tuition is paid for the children to attend school. Since parents are spending money for the children to attend the schools the staff and authority is more protective and aware of what is going on. Most of the parents are involved and bring in family lawyers to prevent bullying from taking place. In public schools children are bullied because it is free to attend school and staff members are under paid especially teachers. I have witnessed a teacher bullying a child before. The child is known to have a behavior problem and tended to always get into trouble. One day he decided not to be on good behavior and the teacher said “Well, you have been good all day you must have taken some stronger meds today?” All of the children laughed at him because the children knew he take meds for ADHD and the children knew she used his condition as a joke. The teacher waited until it was a classroom full of children to put the child to

I think that bullying would happen more in public schools that in private schools, because when a child is going into a school with children from different towns and they have never met the before they could get picked on. Even though some students in the private schools may be taught to get along with others there may be a child that comes into that school that the others do not like and they could pick on them. Both teachers and parents need to teach the children that bullying others just, because there is a new student or another child that they do not like is not always the way to go.…
