What is a doctorate?
Definition
The doctorate is a high achievement to receive with a feeling of accomplishment. It is the reward of a goal that he or she wanted for advancement in a career to share research and skills that were learned. This is done through different research methods with involved critical thinking. the studies and research conducted will help to express the knowledge on the subject of a dissertation at the end. Providing assistance to students and public with information as requested. I assist co-workers on his or hers position and the requirements that have to be met. I provide information training to them through a computer database, information manual, websites, and showing him or her how to do something properly. I am also the assistant director of a local non-profit organization the assists the local community. I process all paperwork that comes in or out of the office, talking to clients, filling out paperwork, research needed information, instructions on the procedures that need to be followed, and follow up with all contacts with a case. Training others is part of a job function involving sharing the knowledge that has been learned or gained through my experience. The evenings I am on call, but usually studying, paperwork, or assisting my grandmother, whom I live with and take care of. Evenings consist of researching, phone calls, inputting information into data, filing, or reading or thinking of information that needs to be answered.
Strengths
My strength is the accomplishment and progress I have made. Everyone has struggles in life and I face it and reach beyond the situation. I love to meet people, sharing knowledge, provide assistance, explain questions that are asked, and to research information with knowledge of what the research is based.
Skills
Enjoy being able to research information and compare the data acquired. Will provide the leadership skills with other workers in way of being a team, working together. This comes in the way of communication, trust, sharing information, assistance, helping others understand and complete a project without delay.

I am very aware that my life will be different in ways of knowledge and attitude. This will help provide better services for the clientele or people I come across on a daily basis.
