MSF could be seen offering assistance during the Ebola epidemic in West Africa; they were first responders to earthquakes in Haiti and Nepal; to this day, they are subjected to the dangers in South Sudan and Syria. The bravery of those who volunteer with the charity in the midst of chaos is unparalleled. Based on the charity's mission, their effectiveness in making the world a better place, and their financial transparency, I would definitely say that MSF is a “good” charity. Of course no charity is perfect, and improvements can be made. However, those areas of improvement are miniscule when dealing with the large scale issues that the charity faces daily.
