21st century was strike with modern technologies and as time passed by or as days rolled by it was being developed through enormous effort of many individuals involved in a digital world. One of the great contributions of Information Technology (IT) is the invention of Personal Computer. Computer is an electronic programmable device that can store, retried and process data into useful information. Computer is very vital nowadays not only in the world of work but also in education; in did it is extraordinarily essential in any kind of offices. Computers can reduce paper work and cost associated with performing routine transaction. The ability of a computer is to process data with accuracy makes it an essential tool in the performance of trivial and routine tasks necessary for decision making, planning and reporting.
