Bullying is seen as any acts or verbal comments that could hurt or isolate a person in the workplace. Also, it can involve negative physical or cyber contact between the two parties. It usually involves repeated incidents or a pattern of behavior that is intended to intimidate, offend, degrade or humiliate a particular person or group of people. Many people described bullying as the assertion of power through aggression.
Bullying is a workplace issue!!
We can't say that bullying is only a workplace issue but it also a human relations issue and a health and safety issue. At workplace bullying increases stress levels , decreases emotional wellbeing which can affect and deteriorate the relationships among the people.
