Candidate Kreitzer exhibited a basic understanding of the five paragraph order, and was able to brief his fire team in a confident and clear manner. SNC understood the need to issue specific tasking statements to his team members; however, because he failed to develop a plan before briefing, his tasking statements lacked any details. When faced with failure, SNC failed to utilize his time wisely when his equipment was suspended, and did not reevaluate the problem to develop a new solution. SNC continued to try the same technique multiple times, and multiple times failed to reevaluate his plan. His marriage to his plan caused SNC to lose control of his team’s sense of urgency halting his movement toward mission accomplishment. SNC was able to…

Aarskog syndrome (also known as Aarskog–Scott syndrome, faciodigitogenital syndrome, shawl scrotum syndrome and faciogenital dysplasia) is a rare autosomal X-linked inherited disorder that affects a person's height, muscles, skeleton, genitals, and appearance of the face. It mostly affects at birth and the symptoms usually become apparent by the age of 3years. Unfortunately, Aarskog syndrome is a lifelong condition without a cure. Some people with Aarskog syndrome are born with more serious abnormalities, such as heart defects or a cleft lip with or without an opening in the roof of the mouth (cleft palate). Most males with Aarskog syndrome have a shawl scrotum, in which the scrotum surrounds the penis. Less often, they have undescended testes (cryptorchidism) or a soft out-pouching around the belly-button (umbilical hernia) or in the lower abdomen (inguinal hernia).…

The CFTR protein is responsible for functioning as a channel for chloride ions (salt) in and out of cells. Changes in the CFTR gene can consequently change the quality and structure of the protein CFTR being created. The CFTR gene has 27 segments called exons which produce a complete mRNA message. The message is then translated into a chain amino acids which take the structure according to the message. Normally, the amino acids will produce a CFTR protein that will position in the cell membrane and function as a channel for ions. Any mutation in the gene or incorrect sequencing prohibits the channel from functioning and being positioned in the membrane adequately. Over 1,000 mutations of the CFTR gene is responsible for CF, however, the most common are due to the deletion of 3 nucleotides in the gene. The 3 nucleotides are responsible for the production of the amino acid (phenylalanine). This is denoted as ∆F508 and is found in 90% of CF…
Not many people realise that the way we're born judges the outcome of our lives, it controls the way we walk, talk, and even how we comprehend the world were in. So what i'm about to tell you, isn't about how how somebody overcame this. it's about a fight that's unwinnable, at least for the next hundred years. Roman citizenship, republican system, and social standings are overall better than the Athens systems because Roman citizenship requirements gave more freedom towards their people. Although a lot of the Roman society is based on social class which can lead to biased towards those of different “rankings”, the Romans conducted census to control the benefits and privileges of citizenship. According to Claudius, in Document C, Athens had conquered aliens (conquered people or foreigners) and made citizenship difficult for aliens to still be in the same society. However, Romans gave those who were conquered more freedom to rejoin the society, treating their people as a republican system. Roman citizenship requirements allowed much of their people to become citizens, providing their citizens with more freedom than the Athenian system.…
