1. Due to the progress of science and technology, customer demand and the change of market competition caused the SAB changed their way of management and competition. SAB hopes to become a supermarket companies add similar to the third party logistics enterprise service, such as warehousing, transportation and delivery, inventory management. SAB want cooperation with some experienced companies work together, such as the Central Transport Inc. it can be more successful in the face of new changes and challenges.

Central has already collaborated with SAB Distribution and today SAB wants to have a new venture. It’s kind like Central doesn’t need to spend too much time and labor , and then they can get profit, expanded their marketing and open their fame. In collaboration, “who is decision maker” is a big issue which means it could have conflict in making decision. The next issue of SAB and Central facing is how to control the cost and reduces the cost after collaboration because the customer needs a competitive price and high quality service. The other issue is imputation of the total benefits Jaen was COO at Central Tranaport, she could have some suggestions for this. The communication of two companies could have some issues. eg. Two companies have different management systems, The problem will produce processing for communication, resulting in adverse consequences. They could have some disagreement between each other in Susan’s proposal for Wegmans Food Markets.
