2015 was actually a bipolar year. We had bad and good times, but while the year is ending and the election was coming near. That election hurt many people, and later on hurt more. On the first election, Donald Trump discriminated many Mexicans. They were called “rapists” and “drug dealers.” Later on that year, ISIS became the new attention and many Muslims were discriminated, …show more content…
but only because of ISIS, it’s because of their religion. Homosexuality also became a huge concern toward people. The United States is about being free, why isn’t that being taken care of. Everyone is entitled to all rights and freedom set worth in this declaration, without distinction of any kind.
People seemed to look fine when they do all of this nonsense, first of all, why do they even think of doing it?
Doing all of these actions show a bad appearance and influence toward people, but they just can’t pick it up. Donald Trump is again our example. Why does he do this? People actually cheer him on, and they know how bad it is. His explanations aren’t even okay. Although he has gotten huge hate, he’s not even looking hurt on what people think of him. Overall, you’re not supposed to discriminate people in any sort of way, especially if you don’t even know them, because most discrimination is made by people who assume.
In case if you haven’t noticed, when people discriminate you of something, they’re breaking your Article 2 and more of your human rights, depending on the accuse. For example, an accuse of your race will harm your Article 1 (Right to Equality), because we’re all the same no matter how we look like, or if someone accuses you of your religion, that will affect your Article 18 (Freedom of Belief and Religion), because if people are allowed to believe in Jesus, then other people are allowed to worship someone else. It is not okay for our rights that are ours, to be harmed by somebody
else.
We come to America for a new and better life. Not to be discriminated and to be hurt. We’re all the same no matter how we look. We should all be treated the same, discriminating gives a bad appearance of you, and it also affects other of your human rights. Discriminating other isn’t okay; it isn’t fair to anybody, including you.
