dont get me started ob buses(unfiinsihed)
I hate buses. I really do hate buses, so much that it’s turning me insane. Just like you would get ready for your work or school, you will have to always get ready for your ten minutes of serpentine inferno. As a bus passenger for the last decade, I hardly ever get treated with the appreciation and respect I deserve as a customer. Don’t get me started on buses.
I think the local government should take a greater responsibility to do something about the unreliable buses. Let me tell you why! I despise of buses. So there you are standing in the cold in the rain at a bus stop and you look at when your bus is coming, it says 13: 05. So you think ok I can wait 10 minutes. 10 minutes later you look at your watch, it says 13:15 but the bus is not here. You think it is around the corner. While later you look at you watch, it is 13:20 but the bus is still not here. You start to get impatient. You look at your watch and it is nearly 13:25.
London, Birmingham, Manchester all have buses and they are all horrendous. You know the saying "you wait ages for a bus then three come along at once", well where I live, "you wait ages for a bus then none ever come" seems more fitting. When you are early, the bus does not come. You rush to the stop, puffing like a steam train for it to never come. On several occasions I have waited and waited for a bus which never came while I see girls my age pass by in there warm, latest cars. I've had to stand around in the freezing cold for up to an hour, as my nose gradually becomes a large red balloon and icicles hang from your ears.
Time after time I wait for the bus and when it finally turns up, do I get an apology? No I do not. Instead I am greeted by the grumpy driver in this forever delayed machine. As soon as everyone is on and the doors are closed, the bus driver calculates and perfects precision to ensure best timing, whilst what seems like a round of musical chairs to find a bar or pole, there’s a sudden acceleration sending everyone

Without hesitation, riding in a bus is the most boring, gloomy places I can imagine being in since it has haunted consecutive saturday mornings. I sat eerily awaiting the early 6:00 bus. The hard cheap metal bench rests uneasy beneath me. I loom in darkness seeing as the rising sun hid fearfully beneath the bleak clouds. The only lights in sight are are the dim streetlights across from me and the faint glow from my phone display. Weakly off in the distance the sound of the crosswalk signal rings monotonously. The ringing is drowned out every so often by a random passing cars wheels violently gripping at the roads concrete surface. The rickety bus arrives followed by the screeching of the worn brakes. The door creaks open and a sudden taste…

Bombay saw its first bus run on 15 July 1926 between Afghan Church and Crawford Market. The people of Bombay received the bus with enthusiasm, but it took quite some time before this means of conveyance really established itself. For several years, it was looked upon as transport for the upper middle class. Those were the days when the tram was the poor man's transport; it carried one all the way from Sassoon Dock to Dadar for a mere anna and a half, that was nine paise. The bus fare for the same journey was four annas, that is 25 paise.…

Public transit in a metropolitan area is all about balance; if there aren't enough public transit options, too many people choose to drive, clogging roadways and adding to pollution. But trains are expensive (and, if above-ground,contributors to traffic) and adding more buses to the road can magnify traffic woes further. Enter the 3D Fast Bus, a futuristic concept vehicle that carries passengers above street level, straddling the lanes below so traffic can pass freely underneath.…

This is the sign of bad management and if this continues what would all transport look like in the future? Would it be like now where everyday there are problems that are not easy to solve? Would it be like now where everyone is complaining about his or her lateness? Would it be like now, where accidents still occur? Can we really put situations like this into their hands? Do we really want thousands of people to be afraid of being stuck in the same situation over and over again? Do we…
