Congratulations! You have successfully reserved this locker using the new online locker rental system of the Office of the Vice President for Internal Affairs. Please print TWO (2) copies of this page (you may request to reprint via the “My Locker” page) and present it to the Locker Rentals Representative at the USG Office at the 3rd floor of the SPS building from 9am to 5pm, Mondays to Thursdays. You may also confirm your reservation on Fridays if there is an officer available. Please proceed to the help desk first (the very first desk you will encounter upon entering) before going to the Locker Rentals Representative.
To confirm your reservation, please present your payment, both copies of the contract, and padlock to the USG Locker Rental representative. Please be responsible for your belongings. The University Student Government and the Student Discipline and Formation Office are not liable for any loses/damages to your items inside the locker.
Lockers must always be kept clean and tidy. Storage of any object which can be spoiled is NOT ALLOWED. Anyone with such objects may have their lockers forcefully opened and given a warning slip by the USG or the SDFO.
