double-drum chain grate boiler introduction
This series double-drum boiler is horizontal moving chain grate steam boiler. The boiler has two drums and convection bank inside. Water wall tubes are placed in the burner at left and right side. There is a steam-water separator and surface blow down device fixed in the upper drum, and a periodic blow down device fixed in another drum which is at the bottom. The tail decorates economizer. Moving chain grate makes it convenient to feed coal, Induced draft fan and forced draft fan make good ventilation. Fuel from coal scuttle fall on grate stoker, enters the furnace was burned, the flame through the combustion chamber ,the economizer and was drew forth by induced draft fan and into the atmosphere. Features:
1. The boiler has two parts, the chain grate stoker boiler body and the accessories which included coal scuttle, the chain grate stoker, base steel and the furnace wall. The boilers are assembled except mid feather when it leaves factory with economizer and duct furnace.
2. The fire grate of the boiler is light-weight moving chain grate. There are six independent air compartments under the fire grate and air registers placed at the both side of air compartment. Air can come into the air duct by the blower in the base, then into the independent wind room.
3. Upper furnace walls were assembled by the factory, the lower the furnace wall composed of clay brick and insulation material composition. The coal will pass by the coal gate to burn in the furnace from coal feeder. And the coal slag will be exhausted by the slag remover.
4. There is an electric control cabinet equipped with the boiler. The cabinet includes indicator of the Thermal Parameter, induced and forced draft fan, control buttons of the electric actuators, and over- temperature alarm device of the auto water feeder.
5.The available coal should be like this QDW≥17750H/KG, Volatile matter>38.5%,Ash content≤32.4%
