As of the other two doctors, the ethical way of handling the case was done wrong. The two doctor, Dr. Layne and Dr. Powell, witness how Dr. Black was doing but never seemed to ask him to get medical help. On top of not only getting him medical help but they as doctors should have noticed the products that were being made in there clinic. Flags should have went off and not only that but once the “cocaine” was found the law enforcement should have been contacted. Moving the whole clinic to a different location and changing the lock was a dangerous move not only as a business but as an endangerment of the staff, doctors, and the patients. Layne and Powell did not act ethically in their ending of the partnership, due to the fact that it was not talked within the three of them and that the business name could still be under the name of all three of them. That means if Dr. Black could if wanted to can get the law involve in the fact that they moved he business and changed locks of the other building. Dr. Black can also turn the rolls around, if there was really cocaine in medical equipment and point fingers at Drs. Layne and Powell and say he found it in the office. Either way the ending of the partnership was not done right and should have been done a legal right
