Dr. Green's Argumentative Essay
Dr. Green has discontinued seeing patients whose parents refuse to have them vaccinated. He did this for the protection of his other patients, especially the ones with immune deficiencies. The reason he finally made this change is because of the recent measles outbreak, the increase of parents refusing to vaccinate their children, and feeling the need to protect the people that come into his office. Dr. Green still respects the right for parents to make medical decisions for their children and is not asking for them to be taken away. Some of his patients agree with this while others do not, this is an extremely controversial topic and it is not surprising the responses he is getting from it.
