Dream Athletics Core Competencies
Dream Athletics is a company specializing in athletic footwear for individuals of all ages. Our company is competing against nine other athletic footwear companies for a total time period of ten years. Dream Athletics Company's vision is to build total brand value by innovating to deliver timely customer value and customer leadership more efficiently than our competition. Our vision is supported by two fundamental attributes that are the base for all of our operations and decisions in the firm. We strive for organizational excellence and strict core values. Dream Athletics will achieve this strive for excellence by hiring, developing and implementing a diverse workforce of the highest quality.

The three core competencies that our company focused on was problem solving, responsibility, and communication. We did not have to build new core competencies in order to compete in the industry. These three competencies built a solid foundation upon our choices and led us to have great results in the first two years. We chose these specific competencies because we believe they were sustainable and did not have to implement anything further in order to achieve our goals. Our firm tried to acquire a competitive advantage by reaching a mutual decision to have two celebrities on board during year 13 but we put ourselves into a level of debt that would have taken a longer period of time to get of than we expected. Having a celebrity on board working to advertise your product can reach higher limits of sales because of their fans acquiring the endorsed product. As we have seen in companies such as Nike with multiple athlete celebrity endorsements how much there sales can increase as fans want to purchase the same clothing that athletes wear to make themselves have a feeling of
