DAY 1-
1.) Drivers at fault of driving offences have demerit points recorded on their records. Demerit points add up against your license when you are at fault of a traffic ticket charge like speeding or careless driving. Each traffic ticket holds a certain amount of demerit points that has been decided by MTO. For a G2 or G1 license it is more strict that that of a G license. For a Full G License, when you reach 15 demerit points your license will be automatically suspended. 10 infractions that increase your demerit point include:

2.) The safety standard Certificate is a document made to protect the consumer by forcing the inspection of a vehicle to be sold, by a licensed mechanic. The reason is to ensure that only safe vehicles are on the roads in Ontario. The emission testing is to ensure that all cars have a clean exhaust and no unwanted pollutants are coming out of it. It also ensures that your exhaust has no exhaust leak.
3.) If convicted of Driving under the influence strong legal consequences are enforced. Legal consequences include: Roadside Suspension, Administrative Monetary Penalty, Alcohol Education Program, Alcohol Treatment Program, Minimum Jail Sentence, Fine, 7-Day Vehicle Impoundment, or Licence Suspension
