Dumping Syndrome My Digestive System Disorder essay is about the Dumping Syndrome. Dumping Syndrome occurs after meals in people who had gastric bypass surgery. The Dumping Syndrome has two type of forms the early dumping syndrome and late dumping syndrome. Dumping Syndrome causes dizziness sweating and weakness. To help decrease the symptoms of the dumping syndrome involves changes in diet and nutrition. Dumping Syndrome is mostly found in African Americans that eat mostly sugar and its moves to fast from the stomach. In this essay I will tell you the causes, symptoms and the treatment of the Dumping Syndrome. The Dumping Syndrome occurs after a Gastric Bypass surgery. The symptoms of the late stage is sweating, weakness, flushing, dizziness, and rapid or irregular heartbeats. There is 75 percent of people with dumping syndromes of early syndrome and 25 percent symptoms of late dumping syndrome. The treatment of Dumping Syndrome involve in changes in eating, diet, nutrition, and medication. Numerous people with dumping syndrome have calm symptoms that improve over time with easy dietary changes. Food that you should avoid eating is sugar such as candy, drinking sweet drinks, cookies and cakes. Avoid drinking dairy products and alcohol. Do not drink 30 minutes before and after a meal. To stop dehydration drink more than four cups of water or sugar free drinks. In conclusion Dumping Syndrome occurs after a person has Gastric Bypass surgery. Dumping Syndrome can cause a lot of pain and weakness. Common difficult of extensive gastric resection in which readily soluble carbohydrates rapidly dump into the small intestine. To prevent from having Dumping Syndrome do not drink too much sugar if you do you will have to have a Gastric Bypass Surgery. When you have an gastric bypass surgery you have to watch what you eat such as sweet and it will cause you to have symptoms like dizziness, weakness, pain, and
