I. Introduction:
Estonia is a Nordic country which means that the nature is untapped, unharmed and in pure state. This mercilessly harsh weather along with the wonderful white nights and dark days creates a mesmerizing appeal to the senses. Because of such extreme weather a very high level of discipline and commitment is required by the folks to even have an existence – which results in clear shapes, quality in sharp thinking and pin point decision making, as well as a clear thought process for the future.
a. History
The land has been inhabited for thousands of years. This gives this country a unique stature in not Europe but also all across the globe. The people here have been daunted by various wars and foreign domination but still they have managed to retain and withstand their position here. This provides them with a significant historical background that is unique in the world. There is heroic romance in their rootedness. It also gives them their unique language and traditions. Estonia has been under the rule of Danish from 13th to 14th century and then from 15th to 17th it was under Swedish rule and the Russian from 18th to the early 20th. The origin of the people of Estonia was from the east, and thereafter many people have come there from the east. Thus their nature has been highly influenced by the eastern culture and heritage. Their hospitality is quite similar in approach to that of the eastern world. Similarly the education system is also mostly in aligned with the east.
b. Evolution
Logistically, the country is located in a complex and strategically placed position forming the bridge between both the worlds. The country straddles the sea, land, forest and various cultures. Hence throughout the existence, the people have had to adapt to different influences and restrictions. Hence these people are adapters. Today their e- and m-thinking is a good example of their adaptability, prowess and resilience. With such extreme conditions at
