Developing interesting ways to delivering study/learning
As a trainer you should always be open and up front, a good communicator, knowledgeable willing to listen, hands on, be kept up to date with any changes, its important to promote positive behaviours also making sure they are aware of diversity issues and use inclusive styles in order to encourage participation and promote learning.
Using power point, flip chats, hand outs, quizzes, role playing is also good to fun at the same time as learning.

The training room should be well organised, have a good amount of space for people to get up and move about, good light have good air flow, adequate seating and tables and fire doors should be well signed, there should no hazards at any time (wires or obstructions) for members of staff to injure themselves at any time.

Records should always be kept in a secure locked place at all times (we here at the company have a clear desk policy) it is important to keep records of dates that courses have to be updated and for us to keep tract of staff that have gone out of date. It is also a breech of company policy that all documents are disposed of correctly, the most important thing is the data protection act 1988 The Data Protection Act 1998 (DPA) is an Act of Parliament of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland which defines UK law on the processing of data ..
