This allowed for many of the people currently unemployed in the United States to go out and get a job, so they could have money to support their families. After learning all this information, from many different sources, I believe the economic boom in the United States in the 1950s was an era of collectivism.
Everything that happened throughout the 1950s that impacted the economy to grow had an effect on each other and helped benefit the United States in different ways. The change in the federal government by President Eisenhower helped give the people of the United States a positive few on the future and encouraged them to start their families and look forward to the preparing future. The increase in the population caused the need for new housing and the need for more goods and services to be provided by businesses. This led to the production of new housing in suburban areas and the increase in product sales for many different businesses. All of these different factors had a collective impact on the United States economy and caused the economic boom during the
1950s.
