Ed Hardy founder died at 57 The world especially the fashion industry has lost and hit with the sad news of the death of the well-known designer, and French entrepreneur, Christian Audigier. He is best known for creating the Ed Hardy clothing line. He has passed away at age 57.
Christian Audigier, who is one of France’s renowned designers have gained international recognition over the years, He is reported to have died of Myelodysplastic Syndrome (MDS) which is also known as bone marrow failure disorder at the Cedar-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles last Friday, July 10, 2015.
He was a famous, innovative, and creative designer who made waves not just with his Ed Hardy Clothing line but also with Von Dutch. In the early years of 2000s Christian becomes so famous that celebrities and fashion-icon personalities all over the world

Some of the world’s great and famous celebrities who were mentioned to his products were Madonna, Britney Spears, Mariah Carey, Ashton Kutcher, Justin Timberlake, David Beckham, Jessica Alba, Paris Hilton, Michael Jackson, Zac Efron and many more.
It was also reported that the year of 2009, the sales of Christian Audigier’s clothing line earned him $700 million globally, and his net worth was around $200 million.
Like most designers, Audigier also have his own challenges due to the changing trends of fashion and the heavy competition and was reported that he then started working on clothing lines for brands like American Eagle Outfitters, Bisou Bisou, Diesel, Guess, Levi, and XOXO, and then later on he became famous and notorious for his very own Ed Hardy and Von Dutch collections.
Christian Audigier died leaving behind his wife, daughter and two sons. He will be always remembered and greatly missed for his wonderful influence to the world of
