Eddie Rios: Team Case Study
If I was going to shadow a person in my dream job I would follow Eddie Rios, a cheerleading coach from “The California All-stars” gym. Eddie has been a coach of many winning teams and that is why I would choose to follow him. All of his teams have been very successful every year. Eddie Rios is the coach of a four time Worlds champion team that is known all around the world. This specific team works day in and day out to be on top all year long. To prepare for this experience, first I would study how he chooses to coach his teams. Second, I would ask a few of the cheerleaders what about their coach keeps them coming back to that gym. Lastly, I would watch videos of his teams to look at how they compare to others in technique and excitement.
