Edge of tommorow
Edge of Tomorrow is a 2014 American military science fiction film starring Tom Cruise and Emily Blunt. Doug Liman directed the film based on a screenplay adapted from the Japanese light novel All You Need Is Kill by Hiroshi Sakurazaka. The film takes place in the near future, where an alien race has invaded the Earth and defeated the world's military units. It follows Major William Cage (Cruise), a military PR officer inexperienced in combat, who is deployed into a combat mission against the aliens. Though Cage is killed in minutes, he finds himself starting over in a time loop, repeating the same mission and being killed. Each time, Cage learns to better fight the aliens, and he teams up with Special Forces warrior Rita Vrataski (Blunt) to defeat them.

Rights to All You Need Is Kill were bought in late 2009, and a spec script was sold to the American studio Warner Bros. Pictures for production. The studio co-produced the film with the Australian production company Village Roadshow. Filming began in late 2012 and took place mainly at Warner Bros. Studios, Leavesden outside London. Trafalgar Square in London was also a filming location for some scenes. Nine companies handled the visual effects.

The film was released in theaters in 28 territories, including the United Kingdom, Brazil, Germany, Spain, India, and Indonesia, on the weekend of May 30, 2014. On the weekend of June 6, 2014, it was released in 36 additional territories, including North America (United States and Canada), Australia, China, and Russia. The film received largely positive reviews from critics. By the end of its theatrical run, the film grossed over $369 million worldwide.

This is a movie about the Battle of Mogadishu or commonly known as Black Hawk down. It started on the 3rd of October with what was supposed to be a quick “snatch and grab” operation. The operation was only to last thirty minutes. Under the command of Capt. Mike Steele they were to insert soldiers to capture two top lieutenants of a warlord Mohamed Farrrah Aidid. Things went terribly wrong when a black hawk was shot down by an RPG (rocket propelled grenade). It then became a rescue mission to save the soldiers from the crash site. The next thing they knew there were hundreds of Somali gunmen. They were now fighting for their lives. In the process of fighting their way to the crash site another black hawk was shot down. Now Rangers and Delta Force were fighting their way to two crash sites. In the process they secure the first crash site and are blocked in almost every direction. At a certain point in time two Delta Force snipers volunteered to cover the second crash site until a convoy could help get the downed pilot CW4 Michael Durant and in turn gave their lives defending him. They fought through the night facing thousands of militia, women and children. On the morning of the second day they secured the second crash site while the pilot CW4 Durant was captured. Then was the move to get out of the city alive. A convoy made up of UN and 10th Mountain Div. were to extract the injured soldiers. With not enough room in the vehicles the remaining soldiers had to get out of the city on foot. Running through the city running low on ammunition and energy they made it to the stadium in the UN Safe Zone.…

The film follows a female protagonist, simply known as the Bride, who has been put in to a coma on the day of her wedding by a group of assassins whom she used to belong to and the leader of which, a man named Bill, she was formerly romantically involved with. Four years later, the protagonist awakes from her coma and embarks on a journey of revenge, in which she targets each of the assassins who attempted to kill her. The film explores the backstory behind the main character and the group of assassins she formerly belonged too.…
