FACTS: Donnie McGraw signed a lease with Brown Realty Company located at 7307 South Westmorland Road, Dallas, Texas where he would be running a restaurant. On December 24, 2003 when McGraw signed the contract he agreed that the lease would be from February 15, 2004 through February 14, 2009 where he would be paying $3,450 a month a totaling $207, 000 at the end. On March 3, 2004 McGraw sent Gary Brown, the president of Brown Realty Company, a letter informing him of some equipment in need of repair in addition he sent him a second letter on October 5, 2004 complaining that the roof of the building was leaking, there was never a respond from Brown Realty. Documentation showed that McGraw made his rent payment on time from March through October of 2004; however in November rent payment was returned for insufficient funds which he then abandoned the premises in December.…

The woman was reportedly booked in a jail where men are processed to be held in jail. Catherine Jackson is a 67 year old women, who suffers from anemia and type 2 diabetes. Catherine uses alcohol as a coping mechanism for her consistent exhaustion. Her exhaustion can be contributed to her anemia and type 2 diabetes, however the use of alcoholic beverages to combat her fatigue can be considered detrimental to her health. On the morning of May 7th, 2000 the murder of Mary Ann Stephens occurred. She was a tourist to Jacksonville, Florida along with her husband. The two were staying at the Ramada Inn Hotel and had just came from breakfast when they were approached by a young black man who held them at gunpoint, took Mrs. Stephens' purse then proceeded to shoot her between the eyes. When the police first arrived, the elderly woman's body was several inches away from the path on which her and her husband were walking along to get back to their room. Her body was strewn across the grass, covered in blood with the bullet and it's wound being clearly visible to the naked eye.
