2012-2013
HELD LAST JUNE 04 2012 AT THE CLASSROOM OF GRADE I

AGENDA: * Organization of classroom officers of the grade I Parent – teacher Association (PTA) * Card Day: Attendance and Penalty during Card Day * Attendance/ Absences of Pupils * Homeroom PTA Project

ATTENDANCE: ( See attached Sheet)

Whereas, as per scheduled of the Homeroom PTA Organization which is held annually, the parents come to school for the said activity and they elected their officers, such as, President, vice pres., Secretary, treasurer, Auditor, P.I.O., Bus. Mngr., Muse and Escort.

Whereas , the parents and adviser discussed to eliminate pupils absences and to actively come to school and sign the report card and sign the report card during card day and discussed the academic performance of the pupils.

Whereas, the parents agreed to contribute 50.00 pesos per pupil for the cyclone wire as Homeroom Project.

Resolved as it hereby that the said agreement be followed actively as per motion of _____________________________and duly seconded by_________________________.

The meeting is adjourned at about 4:05 PM.
