Education & Impact on Others
I believe that every good deed no matter how big or small can make a huge impact on someone’s life. But by having a real education a good deed can transcend through a network of people like an echo. The ultimate goal I set out for myself in my life is to somehow make a great impact in society. By majoring in pre-pharmacy and biology when I attend college in the fall of this year, the education I will receive will make that impact possible in a variety of ways. I want to use that education to help heal people, make this world a better place, and to bring meaning to my life. While I’m in college I’ll be volunteering in patient care in hospitals and use whatever knowledge I will have caring for those people. That in turn will build experience in how to deal with patients while I am studying towards my major in pre-med. That is one way how I will use my education to make an impact on others. A high level education title for example like a PhD or MD can bring a credential status to your name. In the future after graduating from medical school, I want to later pursue education in alternative medicine. There are a lot of skeptics out there who don’t believe in the capabilities of holistic medicine. By having an MD title in conventional medicine and knowledge of alternative practice I can give a future patient of mine a complete and deep prescription through the path of healing.
When someone is completely healed in mind, body, and spirit, they in turn can truly become a force in the world for good. That is how I plan to use my education to make a positive impact on others and this

As an educator, I was able to teach, encourage, and inspire children, which furthered my desire to help others. As a Clarkson University PA student, I know I will develop into a physician assistant who is driven to make positive changes in our…

With advancements in technology, some students have chosen to complete their schoolwork through the Internet, rather than in traditional classrooms. Those who support a traditional classroom approach to learning argue that it provides more of an opportunity for students to interact with the teacher and other students. Those who feel that learning over the Internet is better argue that it allows students to learn anytime and anywhere they choose. Do you feel education is better provided in traditional classrooms or when offered over the Internet? Write an essay to be read by a classroom teacher in which you persuade the reader that either traditional classroom education or Internet-based learning is better. Personally, I think I could be more confident someday if I become one of those practitioners who can start a research project for my institution or for the society. Not that I will be a wonder woman who can actually answer (through researching) all the problems my future hospital will have to ask, but knowing within myself that I have a certain way and capability to look for a solution whenever a problem may arise in my institution, makes me feel confident and honored. I can be confident that I could be a part of something small (but helpful) for my society.…

No doubt my influences have inspired me to set my life on a course to pursuing a career in the medical field as far as my motivations they stem from helping others, knowledge, development, moral personal standards and helping society. These values explains what I inspire to become and provide through my work. Helping others has always been a natural goal for myself. It came easy for me to want to help others. Helping others is important to me, because the smallest gestures of help can transform one’s life in the most beneficial way. Not everyone has the help of family and friends so, I believe everyone needs help even when they do not ask for it. Just knowing that by helping others I can possibly improve one’s mood, life or health creates meaning and purpose for my life. It makes me feel like I am working towards my purpose. For example, in high school I was in a club called the Random Act of Kindness Club. While in this club I learned that just by doing small acts of kindness can really make a difference in the lives of others. While in this club I decorated a teacher’s door because she got teacher of the month. We surprised her by decorating her door. This may mean nothing to some people, but to her it meant everything. It showed her that her…
