One of those leaders was Adolf Hitler. Adolf Hitler was a dictator who wanted to rule the world without the Jews. Some of his strengths were that he was a very powerful leader, he had managed to build a strong army, he managed to battle strong enemies, and he was able to make a successful headquarters. Sadly, some of his disadvantages led to his destruction. One reason is he was arrogant with his generals. He considered himself to be a military genius and did not listen to his generals. When he failed on something, Adolf blamed it on his…
History has provided us with numerous examples of individuals who were incredibly leaders, but who also were adept at managing their followers and subordinates, with varying degrees of effectiveness and success. Typically, the ones remembered are the ones that were the most successful in this task. One example of such an individual is perhaps remembered as one of the most vile human beings to have ever walked this Earth, a partially-educated failed artist from Austria named Adolf Hitler.…
Leaders are everywhere in our world. They constantly surround us and tell us what to do. Leaders have shaped our history and are constantly shaping our future. Some excellent examples of good leaders are Adolf Hitler and Julius Caesar. We might not agree with some of the policies that Hitler performed, however, we can conclude that his excellent leadership skills allowed him to effectively govern about 69 million citizens. Caesar’s quick and decisive personality granted Caesar the title, Dictator, of the Roman Empire. Under Caesar’s rule, the Roman Empire vastly expanded its borders through military annexations. But, with all things foretold, what designates someone the power to lead people? There are several factors that bring about a good leader. The three main factors incorporate communication, confidence, and commitment. Anybody that decides to encompass these factors, will not only be a good leader, but they will also be an effective and a revolutionary leader.…

Winston Churchill’s leadership and influence saved Britain and Europe from falling under the wrath of Hitler. There are multiple perspectives of an effective leader. One might argue that a leader may force their citizens to swear loyalty to show that immediate results are effective. Others may say that an effective leader is someone who leads the country for the greater good. Some may even say striking fear into citizens is what distinguishes an effective leader from the rest. However, a true leader is able to establish direct communication with their followers. What distinguishes a successful leader from a futile leader is the capability to provide reassurance…
One of the elder well known leaders, Adolf Hitler, used verbal power to manipulate his country. Using the power of politics, he was commonly associated with the upsurge of fascism in Europe, World War II, and the Holocaust. The Great Depression in Germany in 1930 provided an opportunity for Hitler to become the leader of Germany. After gaining control of leadership…

“A leader is one who knows the way, goes the way, and shows the way”, John C. Maxwell. A leader is someone who leads a group to reach a common goal. Throughout history, there have been many leaders that have either positively or negatively affected society and the world as it is today. Adolf Hitler is an example of a great leader. He was born on April 20th, 1889, in Braunau, Austria. His parents made good money and their family lived comfortably. In school, Hitler only excelled in the classes that interested him, and at the age of 16, he dropped out of high school. As a teen, he wanted to become an artist. He was inspired by the musician Richard Wagner. Richard Wagner had an opera called Rienzi. In the opera, the protagonist rescued his people…

Hitler’s personality and orator skills had a large part to play in the success of his political climb to dictatorship. Hitler was a strong willed and determined man. He was able to distort and mould people’s views and values…
One of the most outstanding leadership qualities of Hitler was his eloquence. Being eloquent is to be fluent and persuasive in speech. Hitler would stir up the masses with his fervent speeches. This was one of Hitler's greatest assets. He was able to get his audience so passionate and zealous over his goals, that they would follow him regardless of what he said. Imagine in what manner someone must talk with 20 million people in order to persuade them to eradicate a race without moral regret. When he would speak, he would sweat and get so fanatical about his speech that women would cry when he spoke.…
