INTRODUCTION:
Egypt is perhaps one of the very few countries that have a big haul of historical controversies. People like the Jewish hero Moses, Queen Cleopatra, Julius Caesar, Alexander the Great, King Tut and others have donned the land. Egypt showcases much of man's history, his achievements and the glorious monuments that stand to tell a story for our future generations.
Egypt is a nation in North Africa, on the Mediterranean Sea, and is among the most established human advancements on earth. The name "Egypt" originates from the Greek Aegyptos which was the Greek elocution of the Egyptian name 'Hwt-Ka-Ptah' (which signifies "Place of the Spirit of Ptah", who was an early God of the Ancient Egyptians). This happened when the world's plates moved, making the Himalayas and the Alps. More than a large number of years, the Nile River developed into its present shape, encompassed by the Eastern and Western deserts.
The Upper Nile is separated into three tributaries: the White Nile, the Blue Nile and the Atbara River. The White Nile streams from Lake Victoria, Lake Edward and Lake George, and the Blue Nile starts in the Ethiopian mountains. The Atbara River streams from the Ethiopian good countries and meets the joined White Nile and Blue Nile only north of Khartoum. Prior to the waterway enters the Mediterranean Sea, it partitions into four littler tributaries in the delta area.
