The Egyptian hieroglyphs were made in 25000 B.C.E.
The scribes combined the symbols to make words.
The scribes used reed brushes as writing tools.
The ink they used was made from plants or ashes.
The scribes wrote on stones sometimes.
The student scribes would start to write on broken pottery.
The scribes wrote on tombs and coffins to make sure that the dead had everything they needed in the afterlife.
