The year: 2033, the world will look different, new buildings will be created and old ones destroyed, and I will be 35 years old. But for now the year is 2013; my 35th birthday is more than 7,000 days away. The way I take things, and most high school students take things, is one day at a time. I know who I am now, but what will I be tomorrow, or the day after that? Will I make the right choices, succeed in my activities, and accomplish my goals? Only time will tell, but in 20 years I see practically a brand new me. I would have already graduated college and been well into my Career as a Cosmetologist, trying out new hairstyles on my little boy and new make-up ideas on my little girl, that I’ll have in the future of course! When I’d always go and get my hair done by my hair stylist Marci, I’d always look at her and think that’s where I want to be, doing something I absolutely love. Now that vision is more vivid, I cannot picture myself doing anything else as a career in my future. I want to become a cosmetologist for a few reasons being, I LOVE to change my hair style, including the color, the streaks, the highlights, everything! I also love doing my friends hair, and cutting and styling my boyfriends. I couldn’t tell you how many times I’ve dyed my hair in the past year, my guess; about 6 times. I went from strawberry blonde hair to brown, to black, to bright red, to maroon, to black and now it’s black with red streaks. I have extensions and I take more care of them than I take care of myself, kidding! But all I can tell you, is that I absolutely LOVE
