The considerations in Eiffel tower design divided into three elements that are material, wind considerations, and artistic considerations.

Attention gather:“Being the most striking manifestation of the art of metal structures by which our engineers have shown in Europe, it is one of the most remarkable of our modern national genius” so said by Gustave Eiffel in the his book Tour of Eiffel (1902).
Tie to the audience: Gustave Eiffel was referring to the Eiffel tower, his new marvel created, as the entrance arch to the 1889 World 's Fair
Credibility: Although have not yet reach there, I have been interested seen Eiffel tower design at television; mostly it takes as shot of in many Hollywood films.
