As the meeting took place inside the restaurant, a small group of protesters had gathered outside of the restaurant to protest Donald Trump. The meeting with the business owners lasted for about forty-five minutes and concentrated on how to make small business grow.
In an interview with Breitbart News Aquirre explained, “the event itself was absolutely super. We had a great dialog with him and everybody that was here and that I spoke to went away feeling very positive and encouraged by a possible Trump Presidency. But we were obviously also met by protesters and some groups that were agitators that were trying to bully us and intimidate the business leaders Latino, that were here. It was very uncomfortable, so they had to leave out of the back door. It was pretty disgusting. They were vowing to destroy my business, and this is a business that has been here for seventy-seven years. The El Sombrero is the oldest Mexican restaurant in Nevada history.
