The smallest number of electoral votes, the lowest a states can have is 3 because each state has at least one representative. A candidate could win the electoral votes with only 11 states with a total of 256 votes. Connecticut only has seven votes it's not the biggest but it's still an important state in the United States of America. The Electoral College should be abolished because it's unfair and complicated system. Without a doubt, the Electoral College is not the best or most efficient system for the elections, but it all we got until we get something better.
