Electoral College, usually wins that state. On the other hand you have the popular vote, which means you won the popularity of the people in that State. There are also some tricky states because they could swing, either way. With swing states you never know if they will vote
Republican or Democratic.
I do not feel we should go based off of the electoral vote. If a candidate wins the popular vote that should be just it. I feel the electoral vote is basically a set-up because the government has already who they want to win. If you go based on the popular vote you're actually giving the people the power.
