Last 4digits of UTA ID: ____________
Lab partner name: ________________
Date Performed: _______
Experiment #: ________
1. Objectives:
Briefly in your own words, explain what experiment(s) you performed in the lab. This is similar to the Objectives section list in the lab instruction. But keep it to a small paragraph.

2. Introduction:
Describe the broad goals of the experiment, the major principles involved, and how you can experimentally check/use them. For example, in describing the voltage divider, current divider experiment, you can describe that as the major principle; then you can describe the experiment you did. Please keep this short.
Repeat a similar description for each of the independent subsection of your lab. For instance, in the same experiment, you measured the V-I characteristics of the LED & the light bulb, so you want to describe that here.
Introduction provides the reader an overview of your lab experiments.
3. Equipment:
Please fill this section, so you know the ratings of the components, and different equipment you have used in the lab.
4. Pre-lab:
Add pre-lab results, with proper sub-headings. This demonstrates you have indeed completed your pre-lab work, and also reinforces your grasp of the experiment.
5. Procedure:
For each corresponding section in your lab handout, (i.e., each experiment you have performed), add a 1 line description of the experiment. Importantly report all measured values, and if you have graphs like skin contact resistance Vs time, or, Voltage Vs Current, please add them in the right place, and calculate any meta information from the graphs. For example, using the V-I curve, you need to calculate the slope (in this case, is the resistance of LED or bulb) and write units.
