First and foremost anytime a user accesses the PMR database, they must sign in to the system. Anytime the system is closed the user will have to sign in once again to keep the patient's information private. Once the user is signed in, the creation of a new patient's record can then commence. To add a new problem to the patient problem list open the patient's record then on the right of the screen there is a box with tabs, one of the options is problems list. Open the problems list and the previous list of problems will appear, to add a new one simply click on add problem. Once the problem is added you have successfully added a new problem to the medical record.
