elements of a worldview
Within my life time, I have met very few people that know what it means to believe in Jesus. With some, I see potential to be great followers in Christ, and others confuse me because of the things they choose to believe or not believe in. I know that my faith is not perfect. I do know that it is strong. I am fully aware of why I am alive and how my faith effects my life.
The reason why I am living is to serve others and trust and believe in Jesus Christ. I have learned that since God has control, every decision I make in my life isn’t my own. Everything I choose to do is filtered through the hands of God. Therefore I have no need to worry, because if it is okay with God, then it is good. I am not perfect, and nor will I ever be. God understands my imperfections and doesn’t allow them to get the best of me. By believing in Christ, he promises a share in his perfection and righteousness. Without his grace and mercy we are hopeless. One thing that we must realize as human beings is that we are created in God’s image. Therefore, we can be a direct reflection of God’s being. Without believing in the one who died for our sins we will never understand what it means to be part of God. Christ lives in us, and if we reject that truth then we are missing a dire part of our divine structure.
I exist because God has a purpose for me. Believing in God is easy. Almost everyone on Earth will say they believe in God or something close. This is why Christ came, so that it would separate those who say they believe in God from those who say they believe in the Son of God. Most people can talk about God for hours, but as soon as Jesus is brought up, the conversation usually goes south. Why is this? Maybe it is because Man has become so simple minded they can’t grasp the idea of God becoming a man. Or, that there is a God that loves us so much that he would allow his son to be sacrificed for our salvation.

Because we are born of the flesh, there is the temptation to chase after

Christians have an important decision to make based on what they believe and what they would like to stand for. Many Christians subconsciously form a worldview based on the environment they have grown up in. Although many children agree with their parents, they need to form their own worldview based off of their own beliefs. Christians should be meticulous in the beliefs of their religion so that they may hold fast to the truth if ever put on trial by a peer or instructor at school or a coworker at work. The Lord works in mysterious ways and they should be prepared to be put on trial and resist temptation at any point in their lives no matter what the circumstance.…

My mother always used to say, “Do one random act of kindness everyday”. She told me it was a way to give back to the Lord for all the blessings and gifts he gave me. That is one way I do to reach my purpose. Another way is going to church. There are many things I do not agree with in the Catholic Church but it is the closest way I feel I get close to the Lord. Going to church makes me feel like I am better suited to fulfilling my goal. I use it as a “refresher course” or reminder of what I need to do to be a happy person. I’ve been though stages of my life when I greatly doubted the Lord. Whenever I am in doubt, looking through my bible at some of my favorite passages and verses helps get back on the right track. Faith journeys are always an ongoing rollercoaster, but these are a few ways I do to reach and succeed in fulfilling my purpose in life.…

Do you ever lie awake, wondering why am I born? Why am I here? Why do I need to die? Why do I need to do things that have purpose? Why do I have to breathe? Why do I need to drink when I feel thirsty, eat when I feel hungry or learn new things every day? Why? A person often says that everything has a purpose. So why do we have to live and die? Millions of people are thrown in a situation called life but we never ask why we are here. Why in the world am I here? I know this is the most common question we usually ask but it is not usually answered correctly. If anything has a purpose, then what is it? Why do people spend their whole lives finding their purpose in life; some look and don't even know what they’re looking for and some just want to find out because they just felt to. Whatever the reason is, you have your whole life to spend in searching for an answer in that question.…

I feel that we all have a purpose, meaning, reason for living, which are all things we desire and search for in life. No matter what steps we take to find a purpose and meaning in life, we still feel empty, unfulfilled. I believe this is because there is a spiritual emptiness in each of our lives, a hole in our heart. Possessions, success, drugs, relationships, even religion alone cannot satisfy this emptiness. The only way to fill this void is to ask for forgiveness and accept Jesus into your heart.…

I have always been surrounded with the people who know and love Christ also. Just I have always wondered what I could do to change someone’s life. I picked up the knowledge that just because I have not impacted someone’s life through my faith yet in my life(to be known) that God will show someone himself through me. Doesn’t have to be right now or even in 10 years. It could be when i’m lying on my death bed. I know that my journey may have not impacted someone yet, but it…

From Creswell (2015), Chapter One of the philosophical worldview, the paradigms of which can be utilized in an organization is the transformative worldviews. A worldview is how an individual makes sense of the world, which consists of one’s perceptions and values. Furthermore, as the individual grows, so does one’s life and one’s outlook of the world changes, as well. When a change occurs, this reflects a shift in one’s paradigm. When it comes to the transformative worldview, corporation needs to have a worldview to maximize their competitive advantage; as well as for a corporation to change the status quo. By having a corporation to teach about transformational leadership, to alter the leader’s behavior, and to make sense of the corporate…

    Lord

If one has nothing to live for, why not choose to live on the path of righteousness? The path of righteousness consists of living without guilt or sin and adhering to moral principles. One must walk with the Lord in every step that is taken and live in the image of Him. This means changing sinful ways, praying more often than usual, and doing the work of the Lord. It may sound tough but there is a great outcome of it in the end and almost 100% of the time life is virtuous with Him by your side. Often, people tend to have a fear of not being accepted by Him because of all of their wrong doing but nevertheless, He is a very forgiving Lord “The Lord our God is merciful and forgiving, even though we have rebelled against him;” (Daniel 9:9). Everyone is His child whether they are a sinner or not and He would never let any of His children down. Once one allows him or her to join their self on the path to righteousness, nothing can stand in their way. Of course, there will be challenges thrown at them but it is only a test of their faith from the Lord. He would never set one of His children up for something that he or she could…
