Secondly, conformance would determine the expectations of the clients with regards to how similar our outputs would be in expectation and in reality. And lastly, it is taken into consideration the experience of our clients after the service has been rendered - an effect would be customer satisfaction, a determinant of customer retention - and if the service would have met their quality expectations.
Delivery Expectations
The target market of young aspiring entrepreneurs included in their delivery expectations the quality output expected from the creative company - may it be photographs, videos and designs. For the graphic design projects, they expect a digitized version of the products, ready for printing. For the photographs, they expect it to be on print or raw, whatever their preference may be. For the videos, they expect raw copies as well, not just the final output.

In effect, we design products jointly with specialist design houses that have a well-known brand, and offer them a complete service of manufacturing and distribution. In many ways we are now a “business-to-business” company rather than a“business-to consumer” company.’ (Jim Thompson, CEO,Concept Design Services (CDS))…
