The article was accurately formatted because it introduces the issues at the beginning of the article stating the purpose of the research. It was also informative because the beginning statement made clearly informed readers that preservice teachers need knowledge of learning theories and how technology relates to these theories. Another intention stated was that it will discuss ways to assist preservice teachers in acquiring these knowledge.
