Emma Uribe Eulogy
Emma Uribe Professor Bassett English 101 26 August 2024 The Eulogy of my Sister Some say death is the end of all things however; Emma believed that people lived on in memory and the difference they made in the world. Since she believed in this, she tried to make as many happy memories as possible with her family, doing things she loved and having fun. She wondered how she’d be remembered when she was gone, and we will remember Emma Uribe as a kind person. Good morning, I'm Marcella Uribe. I'm Emma’s little sister. Emma and I were always close because of how close in age we are and all the things we went through together. We also shared a room for 10 years, so we had no choice but to get along and even then, we didn't always agree. She also …show more content…
Emma was very dedicated to her goals and dreams, she aspired to help animals in the future. From a young age our older sister would interview us basically every year asking us what we wanted to do in the future and everyday she asked Emma she would say the same thing, help animals. I also wanted to follow in her footsteps of becoming a veterinarian. Thank you to my mom and dad for making Emma's life as special as it was, and I would also like to thank our sisters for giving Emma the guidance she needed in life. It was July 3, 2023, when Emma proved that she was kind when she spotted a dog running around in our neighborhood. She took it upon herself to go outside with a leash and some ground beef she had just cooked and caught the dog. Our Dad was in Mexico at the time and so we convinced our mom to keep the dog for a couple of days in hopes the owner would come because there was an air tag on the dog. We had kept him in the front yard tied to the big mango tree, so he had room to run around and shade from the summer heat, also because we had 3 dogs of our own and we weren't sure how they were all going to react to each

TINO’S EULOGY We gather here today to celebrate the life of my great great grandmother, a mentor and also my closet friend, Tino Dinh. She left us after 120 years contributing wisdom and contagious passion to this world. If life were a horror movie, great great grandma would be that weird Asian one, who figured out who or what the killer was. Despite the unusual talent and logical reasoning, she would still be the second to last to die and gave everyone a good laugh in the movie, because of her…

My name is Ted and I am one of the nephews of Louie and Amy Alves. From day one Amy faced obstacles and even on her death-bed she never showed fear, never stopped laughing and never gave up. She inspired so many people throughout the course of her life and that was obvious by the turnout at the wake last night. Amy was a die-hard sports fan and a very athletic person growing up. She had 9 brothers and sisters, which I am sure contributed to her competitiveness. There is no doubt that she came from…
