There is also a great deal of evidence to show that our country is paying a very heavy price for emotionally abused children with inadequate intervention by the State. Because of these emotional disturbances, the current crime situations have increased and have also imposed long-term economic consequences of child abuse and neglect.
We are now paying attention to the fact that this is one of the many cause of breeding grounds for juvenile criminals in our country. We need to focus on rescuing children from high-risk situations and breaking the cycles of poverty of neglect affecting so many families in our country so that we don’t have to deal with our young children as criminals in the years to come

Children have different levels of resiliency or hardiness and different personality traits, so different children respond differently to similarly abusive situations. That's why the lists of warning signs seem so general. Basically, children are supposed to learn everything they need to thrive on in this world from their caretakers.
