After evaluation all three of the employee matrix forms, I find that 2 of the three have common scores, both having score high in each area of the assessment test and the third scored in the medium. I feel that the two that have the scores in common will work on whatever they’ll be tasked with, they seem to be self-efficient and can work well in either a group or solo. Even though the third member scores weren’t as high, there is definitely potential in this individual. I feel that this individual may also be just as impressive as the other two employees give a little more direction. According to the results, the two employees with high scores will be able to adjust and work through any circumstances, I believe this third individual may also be able to adjust as long as there certain structures or guidelines in place.
My recommendation for the two employees with high scores will be to assess them as they reach certain milestones in every task. For the most part I know they may become bored if they aren’t challenged with a bigger or different task, so I’ll need to rotate them out of their tasks frequently. I feel confident that these two will work hard and efficiently. I feel the same way for the other individual as well and as for this employee, I feel we should train her more so that she feels confident. Assign her to tasks that will work to build her confidence in decision making and that would help her to recognize solutions and answers for situations that she may not be confident about. It’s important that each employee feels empowered and valued so tasking them with duties that will build their leadership and self-confidence is imperative. No employee will be allowed to be complacent because there is room for them to grow professionally.
Because the two employees have a more dominant and assured character about them, I know they will work best as team leaders. They will take the initiative in every situation and

I would recommend Suzie to trust on her team members and let them know that their strengths and skills are important to the completion of the task and the success of her team. She should learn to see the potential in her team and she just needs to make sure that she has adequately prepared her team members for the tasks she assigns. Suzie can become a better practice manager if she trusts her employees. She should train her employees and keep the communication open with her employees, so they (Joy and Linda) know that they can ask for Suzie’s help if they need help. Suzie should remind herself that in a teamwork, each employee has its own task responsibility, and she can guide them, but she should stop reviewing employee’s tasks every day. After training her employee she should trust them, and let them know that they can ask her every time they need her help. Since some of her employee like Linda has a potential of becoming more…
