Employers hiring Employees

When looking for a job, perspective employees need to consider the needs that employers have and the qualities they desire in the workforce for their company.According to the book Start your own business “The employees you hire can make or break your business,” (author 354). Companies cannot afford to hire the wrong candidate for their business strongly relays on their employees for successful outcome. Companies are now focusing their hiring selection on a behavioral qualifications rather than just only focusing only on experience. This process allows employers to discover the employees on a more intense level for they are able to see how employees handle situations such as failures in the past, how they can overcome obstacles, and how they can personally effect the company as a whole. Employers find it very important for their companies both small or big for their employees to personally represent their business for their companies success comes from their employees. Employee’s must be loyal to both themselves and to their potential company to be considered for employment. “I’ll take fifty percent efficiency to get one hundred percent loyalty,” Samual Goldwyn. I truly find this quote true for all employers both small and large these days for employers must be able to trust their employee’s on daily tasks, companies budget, and customer loyalty. Having a loyalty company builds it’s brand name among customers, doing this can be simplistic for customers want to feel noticed and appreciated. An easy way to demonstrate loyalty to a customer is allowing them to always be correct in any situation, this shows the customer that their business matters to the company and the employee wants to serve the best way they can.
