COMPETITIVE EXAMINATION (CSS), 2013 Instructions to Candidates & Application Form
(Please note that Admission for Competitive Examination is provisional) 1. Please read carefully the Rules for the Competitive Examination and Instructions to Candidates before filling the application form. Please note that the prescribed conditions are not relaxable. 2. The candidate is cautioned that before he/she receives his/her roll no, the serial number

of the application and CNIC number must be quoted, in all correspondence with the Commission, otherwise his/her letter(s) will not be attended to.
3. As it is to be computerized the enclosed Application Form must be filled in capital letters and in clear and legible handwriting or it may be typed. 4. Subject to provision of para-5 below, the application form must be submitted direct to the Secretary, Federal Public Service Commission, Aga Khan Road, F-5/1, Islamabad, on or before the closing date given in the advertisement. Any application sent through courier/mail on or before the closing date will be accepted, if received in the Commission within three (03) days of the closing date. No application will be accepted / entertained after this period. 5. The candidates are allowed to apply on-line on FPSC’s website (www. fpsc.gov.pk) or to fax (Fax No. 051-9213386, 9203410) the first page of Application Form duly signed to FPSC Headquarters, Islamabad, on or before the closing date. All such on-line applications/faxes will be treated as provisionally accepted applications. However, in case of faxed applications, duly-filled and relevant CSS Application Forms and in case of online applications, computer generated self printed CSS forms (duly signed) available on website alongwith all related documents must reach the FPSC Headquarters, Islamabad, not later than Ten (10) days after the closing date failing which all such applications shall stand rejected.
