The Court will hear …show more content…
arguments in the case of the boxer, Happy. This murder took place in Las Vegas, Nevada in Briar County. From what the court has determined, his body was found by the pool outside a popular strip club, The World Famous Sugar Crane Ranch. Witnesses have repeatedly affirmed to the court that he had provoked this crime against himself due to his actions and behavior. However, the court justifying the actions of the guilty party in no way shape or form. When interviewing Happy’s acquaintances, nearly everyone had a crutch against him. Everyone testified that Happy had a messed up personality. They all agreed that his death was well deserved because of all the things he had done to them. They expressed how much of a thief he was and how angry he was towards them. They also said that he thought he could get everything and anything for free. Ironically, out of the 25 people in the club, no one knew, saw or heard anything. The court is set to hear, review and decide who is guilty or not guilty as the defendants plead their innocents. The best clues as to why the court has determined who is guilty and who is not guilty, is set by the evidence collected by the investigation and the autopsy. The decision is not influenced in anyway by the public’s opinion or outside sources but rather under strict scrutiny. When taking all the suspects into consideration, Connor, the Bartender will be taken to the stand. After looking over all the evidence of the strange case of our first defender: Connor the bartender we are left with one question. “Was this an act of a cold calculating killer or an act of love?" Connor had no real motive to murder Happy, other than to defend the girls of the strip club or to defend the one girl he dearly loved. It is clear to me that Connor is guilty of two counts of attempted murder. Although the autopsy clearly shows Connor did not do the actual killing, but he allegedly attempted to take Happy’s life twice. He also tried to hide the body. The first convicts Connor of premeditated murder, is when his girlfriend Dreama aided Connor in a snake venom punctures. There was a cover-up in the crime of injecting venom in Happy’s calf. They hoped that the investigators would suspect a snake bit Happy. However, a snake bit would penetrate in a curve, these punctures were straight, indicating the venom was injected by a syringe. Then Connor tried to hide the body, as he carried him into the woods, leaving him for dead. There was also a crossbow used in the crime. Killing one person to protect others or the live of someone he loved does not justify murder. It is obvious to me that Connor is not only guilty to attempted murder by shooting a crossbow to Happy but is also guilty by shooting snake venom into Happy, then tried to dispose of the body. Connor is guilty of attempted murder with Conspiracy and of premeditated in attempted murder with a deadly weapon We will now bring to the witness stand, Mrs. Dreama. She had falsely informed the court, that she knew nothing, heard nothing and saw nothing. Prior to interviewing Mrs. Dreama, our investigators found pepper spray, a knife, knockers, a tazer, and traces of blood in a crowbar linked to the head injury to Happy’s head. The crowbar was hidden in Dreama’s room. Mrs. Dreama tried to hide the evidence, by wiping her fingerprints off the crowbar. Although the head injury did not kill Happy, it did cause drama into Happy’s mental stability. Dreama claims that Happy was creeping up to her room every night. Every night he would come into her room, drunk, crazy and messed-up. Dreama calls her actions as self-defense for hitting Happy over his head with a crowbar. During the interview, some strategies performed by our investigators were considered Self Defense in a spout of a moment, as when you fear for your life. However, Dreama claimed that Happy was constantly creeping up to her room. That is not in the spout of a moment, Dreama waited for Happy to come into her room. Instead of reporting the incidence to the authorities, she took matters into her own hands by punishing Happy with the crowbar. If this was self-defense, she would had immediately called Mr. Binky or dialed 911. She could have reported that an intruder had come in into her room. She could have explained to the authorities that she had to defend herself. Nevertheless, Dreama hid the evidence and did not report the incident to the authorities. I hardly belief that self-defense is a constitution challenge here. Another piece of critical evidence here, is that the investigators found a syringe in Happy’s room with Dreama’s DNA on it. Dreama knew that Connor was in love with her. Hence, she then seduced Connor into injecting the snake venom into Happy’s system. Happy was not even close to being an angel but we cannot take revenge and the law into our own hands. Dreama is clearly guilty of two counts of premeditated murder.
In this country, you are innocent until proven guilty. A murder mystery is a mystery to the investigators. I call on Binky to the witness stand. The investigators did not find any evidence of a weapon, or a twist that shows clearly, without a doubt that pins Binky into the murder of Happy. Until we are able to go into a men’s brain and heart, I cannot convict Binky of murder with a clear conscience. Binky took Happy into his home. He invested time and money by building a gym for him to train him to be a boxer. Binky may had once warned Happy to keep his hands off his wife. He also may had known of Happy’s allergy of shellfish because he knew Happy well enough to know his allergies. Although Binky may be guilty of jealousy and provoking Happy to get ill, Binky’s suspicious led to feeding his wife shrimp to trigger Happy’s allergy. However, his attempt was not to kill Happy. It was an attempt to discover the truth of his wife Dorris’s infidelity with Happy. I cannot not find Binky guilty. I find Binky not guilty of the murder. Many testified that Dorris had a thing for Happy. Many may have also wondered in confusion, what Dorris found in happy companion. Nonetheless, Dorris fascinated by Happy. Dorris stated that she had nothing against Happy. It could have been that she just felt sorry for him because he did not have a family. He was scared and he was going nowhere. Dorris gave herself to him the night before his death without knowing that her diet of shrimp would trigger an allergy reaction that contributed to what took the life of her mystery lover. The only thing Dorris was guilty of was cheating on Binky. Other than that, there is no evidence what so ever in Dorris guiltiness. Of all the women in the World Famous Sugar Crane Ranch, Dorris was the only women that found some good in Happy. Dorris mentioned “He was a child in a man’s body” I find that Dorris not guilty.
I feel that the wounds explain what happened in this drama, in a wrongful death of a troubled soul, Happy was everything but Happy. Binky and Dorris were victims as well in this drama. Binky may had known of Happy’s allergy but he had no idea that both Dreama and Connor were conspiring to kill Happy. Binky and Dorris claimed that the surveillance cameras were live and did not record. She said the rooms were sound proof for the protection of the girls yet they were able to hear what was going on in each room. We have analyzed and turned over every brick and stone, still the questions remain. Did Binky and Dorris know of the alleged rape by Happy on Dreama? People might say that if a sex offender becomes a victim of murder that is enough of a punishment. However many may disagree and say that more action needs to be taken because of circumstances such as this. However, because there is no evidence, rule or law in this drama that showed that Binky and Dorris needed to know of the alleged raping. They are innocent in the conspiracy of murder.
Dreama dreaded the moments that Happy invaded her sexually.
Both her and Connor revenged on Happy. Happy never did anything directly to Connor other than to invade his girlfriend’s privacy. His only motivations for revenge was to please his girlfriend Dreama. First, Dreama and Connor injected the venom into Happy. Connor then carried Happy to the woods to die. However, Happy got up because after trying to recover from a snake venom, he was greeted by Dorris when she gave him a dose of her own that sent him into an apeantic shock. Happy was only trying to get to his trailer to inject some anaphylaxis in himself to cure the allergy. Connor then shot the crossbow from a direction that the wounds of Happy indicate that he was shot by the side of the neck and he never saw the crossbow coming towards him. According to the investigators, after all this, Happy then ran inside his trailer to get some of his anaphylaxis. He then returned outside by the pool where he sat on a chair. The chair gave in suddenly and Happy fell into the pool and drowned. The victim’s background provides information about whether the death was an accident or a murder. If it was a murder, the background often provides leads to a suspect. If there was two people that ought to be responsible for the Mr. Morales’s death, it should be Dreama and Connor. In this case, the suspects convicted of this crime leads to Connor and
Dreama.
