ENGLISH LEARNING ENFORCEMENT PLANNING
School : SMPN 1 Banyuwangi
Year/ Semester : 7/ 1 Text type : Transactional
Theme : apologizing
Aspect/ Skill : speaking
Time allocation : 2 x 40 minutes
Competence Standart :
Expressing idea in simple dialog for interpersonal and transactional communication in formal and informal situation to interact with the closest community and/or an academic context both in formal and informal situation. Basic Competence : Expressing the ideas orally simple dialogues in transactional to communicate with the closest community and/or in academic context apologizing correctly and efficiently.
Learning objectives : 1. Students can express apologizing correctly and efficiently. 2. Students can give response apologize correctly and efficiently, 3. Students can create a dialog about apologize and the response correctly and efficiently. 4. Students can use apologizing expressions in their daily life. Learning method: Presentation, Practice, Production (PPP). Learning activities: 1. Opening activities (10 minutes) * Teacher greets students * Teacher checks the presence of students * Teacher asks students to check the class, if there is a rubbish they should bring it to the garbage * Teacher also clean the class and put the rubbish in garbage but split it. Then, the teacher say apologize to the students. This is an example for the students about using apologizing expressions in daily life. * Teacher introduces the material. 2. Main activities (60 minutes) * The teacher shows a video of apologizing. * Students find the expressions of apologizing in the video and say it together * Students find the response apologize in the video and say it together * Teacher asks the students to make a group of two and make a dialog about apologizing. Then, each group has to make a questions related to their dialog. * After that each group have to give their work to another group, and they also
