ENGLISH PROCESS WRITING How to prepare my Cheesecake
How to prepare my ‘Romance Cheesecake’ "Food is symbolic of love when words are inadequate." —Alan D. WolfeltIt's. It’s that time of year again! A wonderful day where lovers show they’re appreciation for each other, although every day we should. However, Valentine’s Day is generally spent with your lover or even family; either by exchanging gifts, watching love movies and eating chocolate to set the mood or mostly just having a nice dinner. There are always delicious meals prepared for dinner, but what's a good dinner without dessert? The most traditional dessert in my country would statistically be cake and ice-cream (we’re not such fancy eaters). Therefore, this Valentine’s Day I’ve decided to surprise my lover and "spice up" this special day with one out of his many favorite desserts ‘my famous homemade Cheese cake’ this year. Well, here's the way to do a delicious romantic cheesecake dessert that your spouse or family will love and it's quick and easy! The first step in baking, of course, is to gather all the ingredients necessary for the job. Luckily with this dessert, most of what you need, you'll already find in your kitchen. Whatever you don't have, you can just pick up at your local grocery store: For the crust; 2 cups (475 ml) of Digestive biscuit, 2 Tbsp sugar, Pinch salt, 5 Tbsp (70 g) unsalted butter (if using salted butter, omit the pinch of salt), melted. For the filling; 2 pounds cream cheese (900 g), room temperature, 1 1/3 cup granulated sugar (270 g), Pinch of salt, 2 teaspoons vanilla, 4 large eggs, 2/3 cup sour cream (160 ml), 2/3 cup heavy whipping cream (160 ml). The toppings; 2 cups sour cream (475 ml), 1/3 cup powdered sugar (35 g), 1 teaspoon vanilla, 12 ounces (340 g) fresh pineapples (whatever fruit you’d rather), 1/2 cup granulated sugar (100 g), 1/2 cup water (120 ml). And Special equipment needed; 9x13 inch high sided heavy-duty baking pan, and aluminum foil. You may also need a measuring cup and measuring teaspoons

For the ingredients you’ll need your favorite brownie mix, soft butter to grease the pan, two eggs, ¼ cup of water and ¾ cup of vegetable oil for cookware. You’ll also need a metal or glass pan 13”x 9” and a mix bowl. Next, preheat your oven to a temperature of 350F. Grease the bottom of your glass or metal pan with the soft butter. Then put the brownie mix into the mixing bowl. Put the oil in first and mix it in with the brownie mix and stir with a spoon. Next is the egg; put the eggs in the bowl and continue stirring the mix some more. After that is the water. Put the water into the mix and stir. Keep stirring until the mix is blended well. Pour the mix into pan and spread lightly and evenly until all of the mix is in the pan. Put the pan in the oven and set the timer for 30 mins. The first thing to do is to round up all the needed ingredients. You’ll need about 2 ¼ cups of all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon of baking soda, a teaspoon of salt, 2 sticks of butter that are softened, 3/4 cups of granulated sugar, ¾ cups of packed brown sugar, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, 2 large eggs, and a bag of Nestle Toll House Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips, which I prefer. Then you’ll have to dig up a 15 x 10-inch jelly-roll pan, a small mixing bowl, a large mixing bowl, a hand-mixer, and a can of Pam to spray your pan. Once you have the ingredients and the pan is prepared, it’s time to preheat the oven to 375 degrees.…

I crack open the two eggs and pour them in the bowl, throwing away the shells. I measure 1/4 cup of water and pour it in the mixture as well as 2/3's of a cup of oil. The hardest part is blending it in really well; I take two minutes really mixing in the ingredients, making sure everything is well mixed in and is on the right condition, not too creamy, but not too hard. Once I am done with that, I grab a couple of Oreos and start breaking them into pieces and putting them in the plastic bag. I start hitting the Oreos, cracking them into smaller pieces and then pouring that into the brownie mixture.…
