WAYS TO OVERCOME STRESS FOR STUDENTS

Introductory Paragraph
General Statement:
Stress is the most common problem that students will face during their time in school.
Due to the overload course work, students will easily get stressed and even depressed.
Students might also get stressed because of family matter, relational conflict, and personal life conflict.
Thesis Statement:
There’s various way to overcome stress for students such as adopting a healthy lifestyle, time management, and also try to be positive.

Body Paragraph 1
Topic Sentences:
First and foremost, one of the ways to solve this matter is adopting a healthy lifestyle.
Supporting Details:
Student may carry out exercise regularly when they feel stressed. Exercising can help ones to calm down their mind and release their tension. Likewise, students can keep their body healthy. This can be considered as “hitting two birds with one stone”.
Besides, students can also take a healthy diet by preventing themselves to contact with alcohol and tobacco products, drug and excessive partying. This may guide them into a wrong pathway or even worst.
Concluding sentences
Hence, it is important that students must keep their lifestyle balanced so that they won’t be stressed out.

A part from that, students should have a good time management.
Supporting Details:
Nowadays, students can’t manage their time well as they always say that they have not enough time to complete their works.
Moreover, they always leave out their work and even do their work at last minute.
This will make them feel stressed as there’s not enough time for them to complete their course work in
