General Statement:
Stress is the most common problem that students will face during their time in school.
Due to the overload course work, students will easily get stressed and even depressed.
Students might also get stressed because of family matter, relational conflict, and personal life conflict.
Thesis Statement:
There’s various way to overcome stress for students such as adopting a healthy lifestyle, time management, and also try to be positive.

First and foremost, one of the ways to solve this matter is adopting a healthy lifestyle.
Supporting Details:
Student may carry out exercise regularly when they feel stressed. Exercising can help ones to calm down their mind and release their tension. Likewise, students can keep their body healthy. This can be considered as “hitting two birds with one stone”.
Besides, students can also take a healthy diet by preventing themselves to contact with alcohol and tobacco products, drug and excessive partying. This may guide them into a wrong pathway or even worst.

Hence, it is important that students must keep their lifestyle balanced so that they won’t be stressed out.
